Vehicle

Suitable 4 x 4 vehicle.  With a roof, side flaps made from PVC, canvas or with side windows for better visibility

The vehicle should have the following

• Guest Library for reference books on flora and fauna
• Communal storage for personal items
•  A cooler box
• 12 v charging point
• Blankets or ponchos or raincoats (on raining season) 
• Extensive tool kit per vehicle including spade and axe
• Second spare wheel, repair kit and appropriate jack
• Second Battery

Service Staff

1 service staff per 3 guests (excluding guide)

Professional Guide

There is a professional guide who is also the driver, as per regulations

Uniforms

All staff should wear uniform

Tents and amenities

• Tent shall have a minimum length of 3 meters ( 9.8 foot) and 2.1 meters high (6.8 foot)
• Sufficient ventilation, windows to be gauzed and have closable flaps
• Fly sheet and a door mat
•  mirror, washstand or hand wash bowl for every tent
• Tissue and insect repellant for each tent
• Lighting in the tent

Bed Linen

• Mattress at least 7.5cm thick (2.9 inches) made from high density foam
• bed roll with sheets duvet/blankets and a pillow

Bathroom Facilities

• Bucket shower and short drop toilet, seat and lid for (each tent) The enclosure made from canvas or PVC in natural colors.
• Towels  provided 
• Toiletry provided
• Toilet paper provided

Dining Tent

• Shall have chairs and table with lines
• Cutlery – Stainless steel, enamel, porcelain and glass

Food and Beverages

A full breakfast, lunch and dinner shall be provided.

• Cooking fire and social fireplace shall be separated
• Hot beverages provided
• Safe drinking water

Services

• Tent shall be serviced once a day
• Hot water provided twice a day
